Since we opened our doors in 1998, Court House Grounds has been dedicated to providing great food, and an even better atmosphere.

Messers Franklin and Jones. We opened Court House Grounds on Christmas Eve 1998. Over the years we have re-invented, updated, and over hauled our business many times, looking for the best ways to improve ourselves, our shop and to better serve our customers.

Facing our 25th Anniversary!! Our quadranscentennial! We have made a lot of mistakes over the years and small businesses struggle regardless of the economic environment or the world situation, but the fact that we are still here, says that we’ve done something right. The first being that we chose to go into business as best friends.

We highlight loose leaf teas from SpecialTEA, an eCommerce here in Danville, Lauren Heller blends fresh daily!!!

Our beautiful building on South Washington Street enhances any restaurant that it houses was built in 1882 by a Civil War veteran James Beck.  We are proud of the 24 years worth of stories that our business has contributed to Danville and to the Hendricks County community. We’ve come a long way since 1998, and we’d love to have you as a part of our story.
